Prices are shown in Indian rupees. An order is subject to stock availability and confirmation by Sea Miracle; we may contact you to clarify details or resolve an obvious listing error.
Please keep your sign-in details private and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for providing a reachable mobile number and a complete delivery address.
Website text, photographs, branding, and other content may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where a provision cannot be applied, the remaining terms continue to the extent permitted by law.
Delivery is currently offered without a separate shipping charge. The checkout displays the order total and the current delivery estimate before you place the order.
The current estimate shown by the store is 3–5 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; service interruptions, address issues, and other circumstances may cause delays.
Please provide a complete address and reachable mobile number. You can check the order status from the Track Your Order / My Account area when signed in. If an order is delayed, marked delivered incorrectly, or cannot be received, contact us with the order number so we can review it.
Delivery availability and any further information specific to your order will be confirmed through the details shown at checkout or in direct order communication.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact customer support as soon as possible and include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the item and packaging can help us assess the request.
Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. For hygiene and product-safety reasons, opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective or applicable law requires otherwise. Eligibility is assessed using the product condition and the circumstances of the order.
If a refund is approved, customer support will confirm the process and expected handling time. As orders currently use Cash on Delivery, any approved refund arrangement will be communicated directly; an online payment reversal is not applicable to a COD order.
This policy does not restrict any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Customers may request cancellation while an order is still in the Order Placed status. If you are signed in, use the cancellation option in My Account / Track Your Order.
Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, the online cancellation option is no longer available. Contact customer support as soon as possible; we will advise whether the order can still be stopped. A cancellation after processing has begun cannot be guaranteed.
If an order is cancelled, its status will be updated. Any approved refund or other resolution will be handled in line with the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable law.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is the payment method currently available on this website. The order total displayed at checkout is the amount due for the order; delivery is currently free.
Payment is collected when the order is delivered using the collection method supported by the delivery provider. The website does not request online card, bank, or UPI payment details for current orders. Do not send passwords, one-time passcodes, or payment credentials to customer support.
If there is a discrepancy in the amount requested at delivery, please contact Sea Miracle with your order number before completing payment where practicable.
