To initiate a return:

Attach a clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect item.
Our support team will verify and guide you on next steps.
Products must be shipped back to us at your own cost unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
The amount will be credited via the original payment method
